WELCOME THE TEAM

Join your fellow supporters in welcoming the Bath Rugby squad to the Rec for the Heineken Champions Cup opener against Ulster Rugby tomorrow.

The Blue, Black and White will arrive as one to the Rec at 11.30, so make sure you bring the noise as Europe’s elite competition returns with a bang.

Line the William Street entrance on the South East corner of the stadium and greet the matchday squad before they go through their pre-match preparations.

CASH-FREE

Having been phased in at the end of the 2018/19 season, all Bath Rugby bars and concession stands on the outfield will no longer accept cash payments.

The move to cash-free is designed to speed up transactions and reduce queuing times to ensure that supporters have less time away from the game.

The Rec will be able to process all major contactless debit and credit card, with chip and pin applying to all purchases over £30. Bars and food outlets will also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Make your experience even quicker by downloading the Tap and Go app available to download on Apple and Android. Search “Tap and Go at Bath Rugby”.

FOOD

Amongst an array of food outlets at the Rec, there is a new vegan stand ‘Have a pinch,’ so make sure you take advantage of the many options available to you ahead of kick-off. Clifton Sausage also offer a vegan option.

REUSABLE BOTTLES

Bath Rugby is working towards being single-use plastic free on a matchday. As part of this commitment, bars and concessions will no longer be selling plastic bottles.

Bath Rugby branded reusable bottles will be sold at every bar at the Rec for £5.

Please note that whilst the Rec is now a cash-free stadium, programme purchases will need to be made using cash.

POST-MATCH ENTERTAINMENT
