Along with a group match ticket for four people, our Mascot Experience offers one youngster the chance to lead the Bath Rugby team out with the captain in front of over 13,000 roaring supporters. Not only will they get to run out with the team, but they’ll also get a behind-the-scenes tour, including exploring the home changing rooms and watching both teams warm up from the side of the pitch.

To enter, all contestants need to do is write no more than 100 words on why they would like to be a Bath Rugby mascot. Entries should be emailed to marketing@bathrugby.com no later than Thursday 10^th December, following which a group of Bath Rugby players will select the winner. The second-placed contestant will win a ball signed by members of the team.

1 The competition is being run and administered by Bath Rugby Ltd, Farleigh House, Farleigh Hungerford, Bath, BA2 7RW.

2 The competition will start on 26th November 2015. The closing date for this competition will be 12.00pm on Thursday 10^th December.

3 Entries received by Bath Rugby outside of the competition period will not be eligible to win a prize.

4 The prize is open to all children aged between 6 & 14 years of age on Thu 10^th December 2015. . Entry into the competition must be completed by an adult on behalf of the child.

5 Winners of the first prize must be available to attend the home match on Sunday 27^th December.

6 No purchase is required to participate in this competition, however entrants will need an internet connection. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the competition, including in relation to the use of the internet.

7 By entering this competition, you agree that if you are the prize winner, you will allow Bath Rugby to use your name, photograph and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this competition.

8 You also agree that we, or any persons authorised either directly or indirectly by us, can use any part of the publicity items as we see fit. We may distribute, edit, copy, translate, distort (for artistic purposes), exhibit and exploit such items for the purpose of promoting or in relation to the Promotion using all media and formats. This includes social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

9 The promotion is open to residents of the UK only.

10 There will be the following number of winners who will win the following prizes:

The runner up entrant will be selected to win:

A signed ball.

11 Please note that this prize does not include any travel or accommodation. The mascot will be required to bring appropriate footwear.

12 The Winner will be contacted by Bath Rugby during the course of 11th December 2015 (using the information submitted as part of their entry). The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided in their entry submission. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure all personal details and email addresses are submitted correctly. In the event that the Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours or chooses not to redeem the prize, a replacement winner may be selected, Bath Rugby reserves the right to pick another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to the prize.

13 In the event that a winner is subsequently unable to take up their allotted prize they must promptly inform Bath Rugby. Under no circumstances may any prize be sold, for cash or otherwise.

14 The prize may not be substituted or exchanged and there is no cash alternative. Where the prize is subsequently not available for any reason beyond the Bath Rugby's control, Bath Rugby may replace the prize with a prize of similar or greater value.

15 This competition is open to all UK mainland residents.

16 Bath Rugby's decisions are final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into.

17 Bath Rugby Limited shall have no liability in relation to any costs incurred in connection with the promotion (including costs associated with travelling or participating in the promotion via the internet). The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the description of the prizes above.

18 Bath Rugby reserves the right at any time to disqualify any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating the entry process or the promotion.

19 Bath Rugby reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to alter and amend the prizes and to add to or waive these terms and conditions on reasonable notice and / or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in circumstances beyond Bath Rugby’s reasonable control. You also agree that we may contact you by post, telephone, SMS or email in this regard.

21 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bath Rugby excludes liability for any losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with this promotion

22 By taking part in this competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any dispute under these terms and conditions, Bath Rugby’s decision is final and conclusive.
