From 6th-11th August, camp participants will take part in rugby training sessions to help develop individual and team skills, as well as nutrition and education workshops, analysis and reflection sessions, and strength and conditioning and recovery sessions.

The camp will focus and concentrate on an extensive range of rugby specific techniques to help you grow your skill-set. Each day you will receive feedback from our coaches and a development plan to take away with you.

There will also be visits from Bath Rugby players to pass on their knowledge and share how to play like one of them.

The camp will be held at Bournemouth Collegiate School, one of our affiliate schools, who have excellent facilities including brilliant residential houses, a gym, a swimming pool and top-quality rugby pitches. This camp is open to junior boys between U13-U18 and to all capabilities.

Players will be asked to arrive at 17:00 on Sunday 6th August, with pick-up being around 15:00 on Friday 11th August.
