Louis Messer makes five changes to the side that beat Cardiff University 38-21 at Llanrumney last Wednesday.

Simone Elrick, George Worboys and Max Ojomoh all start for the Blue and Gold’s for the third consecutive week, whilst Rhys Davies and Arthur Cordwell are unavailable after training with the Bath Rugby senior squad this week.

Tom Rowlands comes into the front row for Cordwell, whilst Martin returns to captain the side in the absence of Davies. Ed Ashcroft comes into the back row to replace Jack Kenningham.

Sam Kennaugh joins Ojomoh in midfield, replacing Alex Nisbet, whilst Jacob Tansey comes into the nine shirt for Ed Rimmer.
