We want to apologise to everyone that can’t make it to the rescheduled fixture. On this occasion we got it wrong and we are pleased now to offer the option of a full refund.

Below you will find all of the information you need regarding your ticket.

Season Tickets Holders

Your season ticket is valid for tonight’s fixture.

If you are unable to attend, you can now apply for a refund or a credit to your account. Details on how to do this and by when will be communicated via our website and social channels this week.

Matchday Ticket Purchasers

Your ticket is valid for tonight’s fixture. We would still like to offer all those with a valid match ticket for this fixture a free voucher to attend one of the Premiership Rugby Cup group stage games, due to take place in September and early October.

However, if you don’t want to take us up on that offer and you are still unable to attend tonight’s game, we will offer you a full refund on your ticket.

What you need to do now if you are a match ticket holder who cannot attend the game

You will need to return your match ticket via post (to Bath Rugby Ticket Office, 8 Pulteney Bridge, Bath BA2 4AX)or in person to the ticket office by 1st March. Please state whether you require a full refund or whether you would like to swap your ticket for a Premiership Rugby Cup group stage game next season.

If you are opting for the full refund, we will exchange your ticket at face value via the same method by which you purchased it.

If you are opting for the Premiership Rugby Cup fixture next season we will exchange your ticket for a voucher which is valid for the group stages of the Premiership Rugby Cup next season.

All vouchers exchanged and refunds will be processed from Monday 11th February.
