Each box can hold up to six guests and everyone will be treated to a delicious two-course meal, beers, wines, and soft drinks throughout the day, and an amazing balcony viewing of the game.

STANDARD FOOD & DRINK PACKAGE

A two course meal will be served to all boxes, the main course pre-match and the dessert post-match.

Beers, wines and soft drinks will also be included in the cost for the duration of your time with us. Please note we are only able to provide each box with an alcohol package on this food offering basis in line with the government guidance of a substantial meal being served.

As you will expect, we will be following all safety measures set out in the UK Government guidelines. This means that ALL bookings will be limited to six guests.

The cost to book a box for the 20/21 season, kicking off with our Heineken Cup match against La Rochelle on Sunday 17^th January, is £12,375 +VAT - this is for 11 matches.

HOSPITALITY AT THE HILTON

Treat yourself in 2021 with our pre-match hospitality package at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Start each match with a delicious three-course meal with like-minded supporters. Enjoy a lively chat with a couple of the Bath Rugby players as they tell you all about the preparations ahead of the game, and watch the match in West Stand covered seats. The ideal way to guarantee yourself seats at EVERY home game of the 20/21 season.

PACKAGE DETAILS

The chefs at the Hilton Hotel have put together some fantastic menus for us and as a standard, you will be treated to a three-course meal ahead of the match (unless the timing of the fixtures dictates a brunch menu).

There will be a cash bar facility for drinks. All drinks will be ordered and paid for at your tables.

Match tickets for the game are included in the package.

Although the package is pre-match only, the Hilton Hotel have offered any of our guests the option to return after the game to enjoy another drink or two. They are happy to reserve you a table and offer a complimentary cheeseboard. This would need to be confirmed in advance of the game.

While we are currently in Tier two the UK Government dining restrictions state that only people from the same household can be seated on the same table. Therefore, all bookings of two members must be from the same household for the time being and will be seated on tables for two. Should your booking be for four or six and all from the same household, you may sit together. Should your booking be for four or six and be made up of couples from different households, please let us know the breakdown of your booking and we will endeavour to sit you on adjacent tables. Once the government guidelines on this is relaxed, we will review the seating plans.

The cost for this package is £125 +VAT per person per match. If you would like to book on an annual basis starting with our Heineken Cup match against La Rochelle on the 17^th January the cost will be £1,375 +VAT per person.
