United got their first run-out last month against UK Armed Forces, a match they won 35-7 and which raised an incredible £11,000 for the Royal British Legion.

There will now be a suggested donation of £2 at each of Bath United’s Monday night Aviva A League games this season, starting with Monday's match against the Braves. All the funds from these donations will go to Bath Rugby Foundation.

Club captain Stuart Hooper recently praised the new move to support the Club’s charity, saying: “This will be a real boost to the Foundation, who do so much to help impact the local community in a positive way. Supporters can enjoy a great game of rugby whilst at the same time helping to strengthen the Foundation’s inclusion programmes for young people.”
