With short days and long, dark nights looming and gyms closed, we wanted to step in and support the community’s physical and mental health.

BathFitFam united fitness instructors and trainers across the city to create and host over 16 classes a week, with a wide variety of sessions for any age and all abilities.

We’ve had over 600 participants in just eight weeks, demonstrating just how vital our Move with Bath programme has been to the community and beyond.

On top of the workouts via Zoom, we hosted free live workouts for the whole family via Instagram live, which pulled in more than 60,000 views. And this is not the last you will see of Move with Bath!

We will continue to host sessions through zoom and Instagram live and these details will be posted across Bath Rugby and BathFitFam social media.

A big thank you to Pixie, another incredible independent company in Bath who unite the community digitally and hosted all our exercise classes on their platform, ensuring they ran smoothly and making it easy to access for all participants.
