England return to the pitch this weekend after their narrow defeat to New Zealand last Saturday. Seeing stellar performances from Ollie Lawrence, Ben Spencer and Will Stuart, England Head Coach Steve Borthwick, has kept the Bath trio in hi starting set-up to take on the Wallabies at Allianz Stadium. Lawrence, who played 12 last weekend for England, will switch places with Henry Slade to take the 13 jersey with Slade moving to 12. Borthwick has made just two player changes to his matchday-23, seeing Luke Cowan-Dickie and Ollie Sleightholme named on the bench in place of Theo Dan and Ben Curry. “Facing Australia is always a massive challenge, and we’ll work diligently this week to ensure we’re physically and tactically prepared to take on the Wallabies,” said Borthwick. “The passion and energy from the crowd at Allianz Stadium last weekend was absolutely brilliant, from the opening whistle to the final moments, and we can't wait to be back at home this Saturday."
